Rosana studied Social Communication (with a mayor in Institutional Communication) as well as law. She also has a Diploma in Human Rights of Women. She has experience in journalism, coordination of institutional communication and implementing communication projects with a gender perspective.

For fifteen years she worked for the government of the Province of Córdoba, undertaking tasks related to the presentation and implementation of projects, managing alliances, collaborating on research and managing communication with a gender and human rights perspective. She has participated in the design and implementation of training programmes for municipalities, townships, unions, social organisations and the community in general on gender perspective, women's rights and feminism. She has worked as part of organising and scientific committees for international conferences, edited books and was in charge of journalism at a magazine called Género F. In addition, she has experience in litigation, legal advice and out-of-court resolution of conflict situations. She currently provides professional advice and support to civil society organisations.
