
Mariela Puga

Mariela Puga is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (National University of Cordoba) and has a Master's Degree in Law with a speciality in Tort Law from the Universidad de Palermo (University of Palermo) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 2013 she obtained a Doctorate in Constitutional Law from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires (National University of Buenos Aires). That same year she received the National Supreme Court of Justice Award for her work on structural constitutionality control.
She was the Access to Justice regional coordinator at the National Directorate of Access to Justice from 2016 to January 2020. Currently, she is an adjunct researcher at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (Conicet) (National Scientific and Technical Research Council) and works as a professor of Constitutional Law at the School of Political Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos (National University of Entre Rios) and at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
She was the Executive Director of Fondo de Mujeres del Sur between 2010 and 2016.
