BA in Political Science and Master in Political Management from the Catholic University of Córdoba in Argentina. She has studied also Gender, Human Rights and Violence in the Doctorate of Gender Studies of the Center for Advanced Studies, National University of Córdoba.
She has 11 years of experience in public administration in the areas of gender politics and productive development. She worked in the Micro-entrepreneurship area of the Production Ministry of the Córdoba Province and in the Provincial Legislature. She was Head of Area for Equality of the Women Ministry where she coordinated the Provincial Observatory for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men. From 2010 to 2017 she coordinated the Institute for Research, Education and Training of Women of the Women’s Council.
She has 15 years of experience in research, implementation and evaluation of projects for organizations such as the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Banco Provincia de Córdoba Foundation and the Córdoba Chamber of Foreign Trade, among others. She has been a consultant for governments in financing programs of the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, United Nations Democracy Fund and the Federal Investment Council on issues of gender, productive development, strategic planning and communication.
She recently lived in Guangdong Province, China, where she completed the University Program on Cultural Studies at Sun Yat-sen University and collaborated with gender study groups.
